This Privacy Policy describes how Techvelt (“we”, “us”) operates AutoMatch AI at https://qb.techvelt.com. By connecting QuickBooks Online or using the demo workspace, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account connection data: OAuth tokens, company realm ID, and company name provided by Intuit when you authorize AutoMatch AI.
• QuickBooks data you sync: invoices, deposits, payments, attachable metadata/URLs, and related customer references needed to suggest matches.
• Usage data: basic technical logs such as timestamps and error messages required to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• Authenticate you to QuickBooks Online
• Display deposits, check images, and open invoices for matching
• Create payments you explicitly approve
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability

Storage & retention

OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted session cookie on your browser. We do not use synced QuickBooks records for advertising. Session data expires when you disconnect, log out, or the session cookie expires.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with Intuit/QuickBooks as needed to provide the integration, with infrastructure providers that host AutoMatch AI, or when required by law.

Your choices

• Disconnect QuickBooks from the workspace at any time
• Revoke the app from your Intuit account connections
• Contact us at support@techvelt.com for privacy requests

Children

AutoMatch AI is intended for business users and not for children under 13.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
