These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to AutoMatch AI, a QuickBooks Online matching product operated by Techvelt at https://qb.techvelt.com.

The service

AutoMatch AI helps you review bank deposits and check images from QuickBooks and apply payments to invoices you select. Suggestions are assistive; you remain responsible for confirming matches before posting.

Accounts & QuickBooks authorization

You must have authority to connect the QuickBooks company you authorize. You are responsible for activity performed through your connection, including payments created after you click apply.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt to access data you do not own
• Do not reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Do not use the service for unlawful accounting or fraud

Third-party services

QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit. Your use of QuickBooks is subject to Intuit’s terms and policies. AutoMatch AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit unless explicitly stated.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” Matching scores may be imperfect. You should review check images, amounts, and customers before applying payments. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techvelt disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techvelt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for accounting errors arising from matches you approve.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting QuickBooks. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or legal reasons.
